Nut processing: paste production

The TECNO 3 line for the production of nut pastes consists of a big-bags unloading station, a refining unit, filtration and unloading sections.

Dried and /or roasted nuts arriving in big-bags are unloaded and fed into the refining system, which consists in 3 machines in series, respectively: the pre-grinder, that transforms the whole product into a coarse mass, the vertical roll refiner, that dramatically reduced particle size and the ball mill, that enables to achieve the desired fineness.

Output paste passes through a vibrating sieve in order to remove any coarse residue and/or peel fragments, and is then sent to the storage tank.

Thanks to the big-bag easy replacement and the capacity of the hopper below to contain a certain quantity of product, the line works in a continuous mode.

The system is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. All the recipe parameters, referred to the different raw materials and the various processing equipment making up the line, can be set on the touch-screen operator panel and managed by PLC.

The complete lay-out, starting from the product loading area upto the outlet, can be studied according to the needs and requirements of each company.
