DOUBLE SHAFT VERTICAL MIXERS

The Tecno 3 double shaft vertical mixers, MV2 series, are particularly suited to preparing fat-based creams and semi-finished products for the chocolate, confectionery and ice cream industry.They consist of a tank with a special omega-shaped design, along with walls and a bottom heated up thanks to water that circulates through a cavity and regulated to the desired temperature by a thermostat.Its perfect insulation prevents heat from being dispersed into the surrounding environment.Two vertical mixers, which slide against the side and bottom surfaces are mechanically tied to each other and intersect each other to ensure an optimal mixing of the product.The rotation speed is variable, it can be set from the operator panel and is managed with an inverter.The upper part of the machine is closed with a safety protection that prevents dust from entering inside and can be lifted with an electric system.Both liquid and solid ingredients are loaded through a designated opening in the upper part of the protection, with the option of keeping the mixers moving.Once the mixing process has been completed and the mix is smooth, the product is drained via an opening located on the bottom and controlled by a specific valve.A front panel that can be opened allows to easily clean all the equipment if the recipe is changed.The double shaft vertical mixer, MV2 series, is fully built in Aisi 304 steel.The electrical panel has a touch-screen operator panel and a PLC to set and manage the tank’s temperature, the rotation speed of the two agitators and the mixing time.
